Project Scope

Checkpoint Constructions is delivering a new purpose-built self storage facility in Redland Bay, Queensland, in partnership with StoreLocal.

Situated on a 9,900 sqm site, the development will comprise 1,200 secure storage units, a ground floor office, and dedicated on-site parking, providing a modern, efficient, and secure storage solution for the local community.

With commercial construction commencing in 2025, the project represents another milestone in Checkpoint Constructions’ expanding self storage construction portfolio.

Designed to support the continued growth of Redland Bay, the facility will deliver valuable local infrastructure, catering to the storage needs of residents, trades, and small to medium-sized businesses within the region.
