Project Scope

Located in Redcliffe, Queensland, this 2,400 sqm Design & Construct (D&C) project showcases our capability in delivering high-quality commercial and retail developments that support local communities and business growth.

The project involved the design and construction of a new IGA supermarket centre, complemented by a range of attached specialty retail tenancies including a bakery, bottle shop, and hairdresser. The development was designed to create a convenient and welcoming shopping environment with modern finishes, efficient layout, and seamless access for customers.

In addition to the supermarket complex, the project also delivered a stand-alone Red Rooster restaurant and drive-through, enhancing the site’s overall commercial offering and accessibility.

This integrated development demonstrates our strength in end-to-end Design and Construct delivery, managing multiple stakeholders and retail brands within a cohesive site layout. The project reflects our commitment to quality, functionality, and timely delivery across Queensland’s commercial construction sector.
