Project Scope
Constructed on 4,900 sqm of land in Morayfield, Checkpoint Constructions delivered this purpose-built Childcare Centre and Swim School as a Design & Construct (D&C) project. Designed to inspire and support early learning, the centre caters for children aged 6 weeks to 6 years, providing a safe, enriched, and engaging environment for 150 young learners every day.
The 1,124 sqm community-focused facility features thoughtfully zoned indoor play spaces tailored to specific age groups, along with dedicated nursery, toddler, kindy and cot rooms. Supporting infrastructure includes a welcoming reception, administrative offices, staff breakout spaces, commercial kitchen and laundry facilities to ensure smooth daily operations.
Outdoors, children enjoy a natural playscape and terraced adventure area, designed to encourage imagination, exploration, and active learning. Landscaping enhances the sense of connection to the natural environment.
The development also includes ample on-site parking and a 322 sqm swim school featuring a 15-metre heated indoor pool, change rooms, benches, and full shower facilities.
This facility represents another successful outcome in our growing childcare development portfolio across Brisbane and South East Queensland.
