Project Scope

Constructed on 4,000 sqm of land, this purpose-built self storage facility occupies a prime position on the corner of Southport-Nerang Road and Industrial Avenue in Molendinar. Delivered by Checkpoint Constructions as a Design & Construct (D&C) project, the facility represents another successful outcome in our growing portfolio of commercial and industrial developments across Brisbane and South East Queensland.

The multi-story building has an area size of more than 2,100 sqm per floor, spans four levels and boasts 575 storage units. Key features of the facility include secure access control, ground floor office/showroom, high-capacity lifts, fire and safety systems compliant with the latest standards, and integrated mechanical and electrical services for reliable and long-term operation. Externally, the building presents a contemporary facade, complemented by landscaping and practical on-site circulation areas for vehicles and customers.
