Project Scope

Ridgehaven Rise is a popular lifestyle community located in Adelaide’s beautiful north-eastern suburbs. Checkpoint Constructions has been engaged to deliver a community facilities refresh project in partnership with Levande, supporting the ongoing enhancement of shared spaces for residents.

The project involves the refurbishment and upgrade of three existing buildings within the community: “The Gums”, the Community Office & Sales Centre, and the Community Social Centre. Works include the delivery of a new gym and salon, along with the reconfiguration and modernisation of the theatre, kitchen, and amenities. The scope also incorporates the creation of a new outdoor space, designed to improve accessibility, functionality, and opportunities for social connection.
