Project Scope
Ridgehaven Rise is a popular lifestyle community located in Adelaide’s beautiful north-eastern suburbs. Checkpoint Constructions was engaged to deliver a community facilities refresh project in partnership with Levande, supporting the ongoing enhancement of shared spaces for residents.
The project involved the refurbishment and upgrade of three existing buildings within the community: The Gums, the Community Office & Sales Centre, and the Community Social Centre. Works included the delivery of a new gym and salon, along with the reconfiguration and modernisation of the theatre, kitchen, and amenities. The scope also incorporated the creation of a new outdoor space, designed to improve accessibility, functionality, and opportunities for social connection.
Checkpoint Constructions was proud to partner with the client on this project, helping bring to life the vision of a vibrant and connected community for the residents of Ridgehaven Rise. The completed works have enhanced the community’s shared facilities, providing modern, functional, and welcoming spaces for residents to enjoy for years to come.
