Located in the heart of Newstead, Brisbane, this commercial office refurbishment project merges architectural character with modern functionality.

The striking Kaynemaile front façade establishes the design tone for the interior — a 400 sqm bespoke workspace featuring a stylish entry, functional kitchen, open-plan office, breakout areas, multiple meeting rooms, bathrooms, and a 12-person boardroom.

A warm, contemporary feel extends throughout, enhanced by polished concrete floors, spotted gum feature walls, new external glazing, and ample natural light. Distinctive character pieces, including a restored Ferguson tractor displayed within the workspace, bring personality and a touch of heritage to the environment.

The fitout project delivered by Checkpoint Constructions demonstrates capability in delivering high-quality commercial interiors that balance design excellence with functionality and longevity. The result is a refined workplace that reflects Newstead’s vibrant commercial precinct while supporting modern working practices.
