Project Scope
Checkpoint Constructions is currently delivering a Design & Construct (D&C) project in Morayfield, Queensland, involving the construction of a purpose-built education and fitness facility to support the needs of the growing local community.
The development comprises a 1,058 sqm early learning centre accommodating 150 children, alongside a 534 sqm gym, integrating education and health-focused facilities within a single site. Ample on-site parking will be provided to ensure safe and convenient access for families, staff, and visitors.
Upon completion, the development will add valuable community infrastructure to Morayfield and demonstrates Checkpoint Constructions experience in delivering integrated building facilities across Southeast Queensland.
