Project Scope
Constructed on over 6,500 sqm of land in Morayfield, Checkpoint Constructions delivered this purpose-built Early Learning Centre and Gym as a Design & Construct (D&C) project. The development combines early education and fitness facilities within a single integrated site, providing valuable community infrastructure for the growing Morayfield area.
The 1,100 sqm Early Learning Centre accommodates up to 150 children aged six weeks to five years and features eight activity rooms tailored to different age groups, five bottle preparation rooms, four sleep rooms, five bathrooms and three outdoor playgrounds. Supporting facilities include a welcoming reception, administrative offices, staff breakout areas, a commercial-grade kitchen and laundry facilities.
The indoor learning environments are complemented by extensive outdoor areas designed to encourage exploration, imaginative play and physical activity. The playscapes, open play areas and sandpits are integrated with landscaping to create a strong connection between the centre and its natural surroundings.
The development also incorporates a spacious 880 sqm gym facility and ample on-site parking, providing convenient access for families, staff and gym members.
