Project Scope

Located in the heart of Brisbane, this 483 sqm high-spec office fitout involved the transformation of an existing workspace into a contemporary and functional office environment designed to support collaboration, productivity, and employee wellbeing.

Scope of works included demolition, new floor coverings, ceilings, partitions, custom joinery, and workstations, along with timber features, specialist lighting, and a living garden wall. The refurbishment incorporates open-plan work areas, community hubs, and breakout zones, creating a flexible and engaging workplace that balances aesthetics with practicality.
