Located at 747 Lytton Road, Murarrie, this highly accessible business centre attracts corporate occupiers from all across south-east Queensland.

Checkpoint Constructions has completed multiple refurbishment projects within Buildings 2 and 5 within the Gateway Office Park. This commercial office fitout project transformed 490 sqm of open floorplate into two modern, functional, and aesthetically refined office spaces.

The fitout features a carefully considered layout that promotes productivity and collaboration. Each space incorporates timber accents, custom joinery, open-plan work zones, meeting rooms, breakout areas, and fully equipped kitchens designed for efficiency and comfort. The addition of curved walls introduces a sense of fluidity and warmth, enhancing both the functionality and visual appeal of the workspace.

The project demonstrates capability in constructing contemporary high quality commercial interiors that support connectivity and performance. The result is a pair of sophisticated, welcoming workplaces that align with modern corporate design standards within the Gateway Office Park precinct.
